Donald Caminiti of B&B Wins Achievement Award

Congratulations to Donald Caminiti, a principal at Breslin and Breslin, P.A., on being awarded the 2014 Lawyer Achievement Award by the Bergen County Bar Foundation. Mr. Caminiti received the award for his years of exceptional work as a personal injury litigator in northern New Jersey. He accepted the award earlier this month at the Frank V.D. Lloyd Memorial Golf Outing and Awards Dinner at White Beeches Golf and Country Club.

A past president of the New Jersey chapter of the New Association for Justice (NJAJ), Mr. Caminiti's primary area of concentration is in the fields of medical negligence, products liability and general negligence. He served as special counsel to the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey to represent the State in its tobacco litigation against the tobacco industry and recovered $7.4 billion in Medicaid and other health costs incurred by the state resulting from tobacco related illnesses.

Mr. Caminiti is also the vice president of the Tomorrow's Children Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization, which raises money for children who are treated at Hackensack University Medical Center for cancer or other serious blood disorders.

In addition to this latest honor, Mr. Caminiti has been chosen in the top 100 Super Lawyers each year since the program began in 1995, and in two of those was named as a top 10 New Jersey Super Lawyer. He was also named Outstanding Lawyer of America beginning in 2003, and is a longstanding member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He can be reached at his office at 201-546-5881
