Wegman's Octopus Salad Recalled

The New Jersey products liability attorneys at Breslin and Breslin are reporting that a fresh octopus salad dish sold at Wegmans is being recalled because routine testing found listeria, according to a statement from the Food and Drug Administration. The salad was produced by Uoriki Fresh, Inc, from Seacaucus, New Jersey, which is the company conducting the recall.

JEM Nut Spread Tainted with Salmonella

The product liability attorneys at Breslin and Breslin are reporting that a brand of nut butter spread that was recalled Wednesday has sickened people in nine states, including New Jersey, the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention announced.

Mitsubishi Issues Major Recall

The North Jersey product liability attorneys at Breslin and Breslin are reporting that Mitsubishi has issued a recall for more than 25,000 Mirage vehicles from the 2014 and 2015 model years. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that corrosion on some of those vehicles could prevent the frontal airbags from deploying during collisions.
