Atlantic City Drunk Driver Facing Charges

The New Jersey car accident attorneys at Breslin and Breslin are reporting that a 23-year-old faces charges of assault by auto after driving drunk and crashing, resulting in the death of a man, Vineland Police said.

Rogelio Vega, was driving home from Atlantic City after a night out with friends at roughly 4:23 a.m. when he crashed the vehicle in the area of East Landis Avenue and Redcrest Street, according to police.

The passenger in the rear of the vehicle, Enrique Gutierrez Jr. died from injuries sustained in the crash, authorities said.
